The Norwegian Football Federation (NFF) has appointed international sports marketing agency Druid Sport as its official commercial representative for China as it looks to expand in the region.

Druid Sport have been appointed as the Norwegian Football Federation’s commercial representative for China, as the federation looks to build partnerships and programmes in the Chinese market. The announcement describes the role as covering regional commercial strategy, with Druid Sport tasked with supporting the NFF’s approach on sponsorship and partnership development, alongside on-the-ground activity intended to serve partners and help scale commercial growth. Runar Pahr Andresen, Chief Marketing Officer, NFF, said: "China is a key market in our international growth strategy. The scale of the audience, the maturity of the commercial landscape and the increasing interest in elite football make this an important region for Norwegian football." Diarmuid Crowley, CEO of Druid Sport, said: “We are extremely proud to partner with the Norwegian Football Federation as it strengthens its presence in China, a market of major strategic importance for global football.
